Originally from Rotterdam in The Netherlands, Andre studied Business at Erasmus University. He moved to the USA in 1993 after meeting his future wife Julie. Andre has also lived in downtown Chicago and attended graduate courses at Michigan State University in East Lansing. All three of his children are proud GATORS!

Though Dutch is his native language, Andre is fluent in European affairs.
